I know its a bit late for me to post bout this..LOL
But i still wanna post it..=P
BECAUSE
It's first time i celebrate winter solstice at uni with my friends~~
We made "tang yuan" together!!
We talked, we laughed and we worked together til late night..
Even though we are tired, we felt happy..
It's YenSin idea to make tang yuan for everyone..
She loves cooking, she knows everything better than us..
So yea, she is our leader..hehe..
SikYen and me just her follower..
Under her guidance, our tang yuan were done successfully..=P

The ingredients:
Gula Melaka, ginger and pandan leaves
These is used to make the "soup", so that the tang yuan not so tasteless..
The glutinous rice paste..
White = glutinous rice flour + water (original)
Orange = glutinous rice flour + sweet potatoes
Green = glutinous rice flour + colouring
After few hours of hard work...
We finally turn the glutinous rice paste to many tiny glutinous rice balls..
Amazing~~~

After we cook it,
the colour of the glutinous rice balls will looked more intense..

What a scrumptious tang yuan..slurrpppp~~~~
After add the "soup", the tang yuan was ready to serve..
